Now for the meat of this section:
Truth-telling by doctors to patients is a basic moral rule in developed healthcare systems. Not to tell the truth jeopardizes staff-patient trust, undermines the patient's capacity for autonomy, and deprives the ill of 'good treatment'. Yet non-truth-telling is still common.
Phase 4 wants to be your advocate. But we also understand that simply pointing out the flaws of a system doesn’t accomplish what’s needed. Solutions must be offered as well.
To that end, we have proposals to put forth to our leaders.
First things first. Stop treating people differently. By deeming one business essential and another non-essential, our government has created exactly what Americans ran from to begin with. A caste system composing a society of “I am better than you.” Whatever the safety protocols, if it’s good for one it’s good for all.
Next, drop the state mandates on wearing a mask. Tell the truth about Masks. Masks are harmful because they "do" filter bacteria and staph. When a mask is worn by an untrained healthcare person, they cause respiratory illness.
Uh oh. Now we’re controversial. But listen folks, we here at Phase 4 are about evidence-based science. We’ve looked at the studies that currently are out there. Not one proves that masks actually work outside of medical facilities for first-responders who wear only a specific type of mask and do so properly.
The general public doesn’t have the training to accomplish what our stellar medical staffs can do.
Even so, we are not offering a solution here of “don’t wear your mask.” Believe they help? Wear them. It should be your choice, Americans. Being dictated to when nobody has proven actual reduced risk is un-American.
Further, let’s be diligent when it comes to Social Distancing. People, stay six feet away from your fellow man to protect your fellow man. All you have to do is watch news reports that have citizens congregating anywhere, especially here in Washington, to see that one mandated “solution” has had a negative effect on another.
Our neighbors have become complacent with Social Distancing, having been lulled into that state by unsubstantiated claims that by wearing masks, they already are protected.
Nobody is saying don’t wear a mask, if you wish. Let’s make that very clear. But wearing a mask should not be a mandate from the government. It, like our society as a whole, should be a choice of the people.
Look, we can get into a semantic discussion about enjoyment of life very easily. Proponents of masks will tell you that by not requiring them you are putting people at risk, even though there is no actual proof of this. They may even refuse to attend events where masks aren’t required, leading to the argument that the risk is keeping them from being able to do what they want to do.
On the other side, though, you have the people that can argue wearing the mask is infringing upon their rights to enjoy the world in the way they wish.
Chicken. Meet the egg.
Bottom line, America has always been about being free to choose. That is the solution, ultimately. Just as happened in the first part of November, 2020, when Americans chose a new President.
The answer in America has always been our ability to choose rather than be dictated to.
These may seem simple solutions. But aren’t the best solutions almost always simple?

Phase4.US Action Plan:
First, it is important to note that this problem is not caused by Politicians but Health Officials. This is because it is and was health officials, especially at the County level, that enforced mandates. They need to answer questions about their actions. They knew for mandates to work that Americans must follow direction But, everyone knew at least 40 percent of Americans don't follow directions. So then why did they start on a failed path to begin with? Was it to do something - anything to show they were in authority? And, by so doing taking America down. They are responsible for the mass bail out of printing money for people to stay about home. This is 2/3 the causes inflation today. Health Officials need to be held accountable at the County level so this never happens again. So we may all breathe easy again.
I promised to provide direction to those supportive of Phase4.US. To date there are over 250,000 of us and growing. We spread by word of mouth not electronic social media. This way we cannot be stopped. We teach others and organize from within. Each person is important as one person can convert 200 to our cause. Remember 81% of people already know closing the economy was foolish. Even 14 year old's know this. Studies show only 5% are squealers. Squealers are those that respect authority without question. By thinking, we act, we can overwhelm them. Most of us are democrats but we are non-partisan too.
We test-marketed an idea recently and found that it actually works. To be effective, what I’m about to discuss requires people willing to be a part of two different groups, which we will discuss below, acting peacefully, and independently in the normal course of a day. We are not seeking special action that may lead to any unintended consequences.
Without Real Science, Masks are Symbols not Solutions
As background, good science has produced the data findings that show Social Distancing works. With masks, we get platitudes like they “seem to work” and “if they might work, why not use them.” All the studies we have read (about 70 of them) conclude nothing more than hypotheses (guesses) about whether masks actually work. None has produced data and peer review to support that masks actually work.
As always, we are open to being shown differently. If you have a study that contradicts this statement, please send it to us. We will reply after using the Scientific Method on the validity of the study you sent.
Action Plan
The two types of people needed will be called “Patriots” and “Resistors.”
Patriots will literally do nothing. But Patriots are critical to the success of this plan. At work, if you see a Resistor do something, then do nothing. Ignore them. Ask your co-workers and friends to do the same.
Resistors won’t need to do much more, really. We want you to enter places of business and stores that are enforcing the State Mask Mandate. Resistors will be given instructions about how to go about these excursions. Initially delivery of how to get the instructions will be arranged thru contact email information.
Nobody has anything to worry over. The plan is safe and harms no one. It is based on good science and actually reduces the spread of COVID. Thus, you will be saving lives.

FAQ:
What happened to the Flu?
Today there is one predominate test used. It is for both COVID and the FLU. The data is merged into one. Since the FLU is in the database this is a reason COVID will not go away. There is economics driving this. It is more profitable for a Hospital to report COVID than the Flu. This fact is easily independently checked.
Why do Doctors use Masks if they don't work?
Because Masks work for protecting against bacteria and staph. These have large particle sizes. Masks were never designed for Viruses that can become up to 25 times smaller than a mask can filter.
A related question: Why do so many Doctors attest Masks work?
Actually most Doctors privately say for COVID Masks don't work. They can't say anything publicly or they lose their jobs. You can see this if you go to Hospitals. Doctors wear plastic face shields for COVID, and masks for Bacteria and Staph.
If the average particle size of COVID can be filtered by a Mask, then why don't they work?
Because Mother Nature does not transmits COVID by "averages". Mother Nature spreads COVID by "Exception". It just takes just one small particle that is less then the average size to find it's way to grow. Thus, with millions of smaller sized COVID particles is all it takes to spread.
What about spreading COVID by spital during a cough?
This is "the" key question. The notion is why not be conservative and have people wear masks all the time to prevent this type of spread. The answer is because the risk of getting disease from masks (bacteria, staph, and respiratory illness) is greater than the risk of spreading COVID. The original CDC and WHO recommendation about Masks was right all along. "Wear Masks if Sick. If Sick, stay at home."
Remember, the CDC and WHO spent decades and million of dollars coming up with this recommendation. It was a wise recommendation.
Then why did the CDC and WHO recommendation change to wear a Mask indoors all the time?
Because at the beginning of the Pandemic there was Panic, and initially Doctors guessed wrongly. This was because they thought transmission was based on droplet spread rather than by air (aerosol) spread. They wrongly thought Masks prevented COVID transmission by 85%. This later was proven incorrect as today the updated data based on large sample sized with confidence intervals (rather than guesses) proves for COVID Masks don't work.

About Playing the Pandemic Game: We already know this idea works. Out of 40 places of businesses we beta-tested, we recorded the following results. When Resistor(s) entered the business, nothing was done in 60 percent of the cases. This result is the goal, and frankly the expectation of the plan. What that tells us is that Phase4 inherently has mass supporters. Only 20% of the businesses weakly said something, but when the Resistor made a joke about it nothing was done. With the other 20% of the businesses taking a strict response. In your instructions you will be told how to respond to these positively.
