Who is corrupt and why? The high level corruption is with the US Treasury by using AI, and not enforcing the passing of audits. Mid-level corruption is with the Kansas National Guard who's sole attorney Lt. McElwee, esq. bans collectors under penalty of arrest.
Low level corruption is the Salina Kansas National Guard that accepts product and then knowingly keeps it without payment. Then puts the product in a closet never to be used. Slanders the company supplying it by saying the bill was paid by check, but then knowingly never proving a cancelled check.
Two Federal Agents with badges came to our office to vet us. Finding us, Gandhi, Peaceful, they encouraged us to continue our collection efforts. All of us care about people getting paid for work. This is why, whether we are Military, Postal Workers, US Customs, or TSA, we support each other.

All it takes to fix this problem is to make passing an audit a priority. Government workers at "all" levels should question their boss and say that passing an audit is important. You may think you are small, but you are really very powerful. Stand up and say, "I don't like working for an organization that can't even balance its books." It is bad for morale. This story of "wrong" is the tip of an iceberg that impacts thousands of others, including potentially your own money. The wrong was the SBA attempting to change the terms of the loan after the loan was executed. Then failing this, without notice, scooping money not owed to them. They tried to change a pre-agreed "non-personal guaranteed" loan into a "Personal Guaranteed" loan. They need to stick with the original executed deal. Like a fish swimming upstream, it took a long time to find out the source of corruption in making these loan changes after the fact. First, it was researching who was responsible for taking the $21,493.43 owed to Orbiter for a sale to the National Guard. It was amazing that we had to search to find the culprit who took our money. The DoD, SBA, and GSA all said they did not take our money. It was then found that the US Treasury used Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically take the money without human review. Six years after the fact, they alleged the money was owed, but if it was owed, why was it not collected earlier? Why wait 6 years? The US Treasury initially did not want to reveal these facts. It turned out this was about a 6-year-old SBA $190,400 pre-approved loan (No. 360106377) in two parts of $95,200 each that was not fully perfected. In fact, the second loan, although offered, was declined by Orbiter is meaningful. This is because taking the money would have been wrong. We did the right thing in not taking the money offered. The loan was handled by James Rivera, SBA Associate Administrator. No financial gain was made by Orbiter, and no individual took any money. To avoid accountability, the US Treasury used the statement, "This is private information, AND WE CANNOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION, to protect you." We said if you think we owe you money, then take us to Federal Court. But the US Treasury won't go to Court. They know Federal Judges are smart and it is high risk for them to go to court. Is it not fair that the money owed to Orbiter be paid for services rendered? Is it unfair for the US Treasury to just take the money? Under what authority can they take money? How can a company continue to do business with the USA without assurance that rightful bills will be paid? If we had not sleuthed, we still would not have known. What happens if the government takes your money without authority?

The second fix is A FEDERAL JUDGE NEEDS TO ADJUDICATE THIS. DOJ you are white knights. Please come to the rescue. America doesn't trust the federal government. many federal laws address accounting, and audits are straight forward. does someone at the us treasury not want legally required audits to be passed?
