Who is corrupt and why? The high level corruption is with the US Treasury by using AI, and not enforcing the passing of audits. Mid-level corruption is with the Kansas National Guard who's sole attorney Lt. McElwee, esq. bans collectors under penalty of arrest.
Core corruption is a government system retaliating against whistleblowers who report procurement corruption. Whistleblowers are found to be placed in the DoD defense security database, thereby barring them from performing important work on bases for the DoD.
Two Federal Agents from the Inspector General's Office came to our office to vet us. Finding us, Gandhi, Peaceful, they encouraged us to continue our efforts. Inspectors General are important, and their authority has been eroded. Also, thanks to the Tribes who help. They know to question.

Holding those that pay us accountable back foots them.

All it takes to fix this problem is to make passing an audit a priority. Government workers at "all" levels should question their boss and say that passing an audit is important. You may think you are small, but you are really very powerful. Stand up and say, "I don't like working for an organization that can't even balance its books." It is bad for morale. Pass the word to your co-workers.

Example of a win: July 2026, PHASE4.us/ and the PR people at Camp Murray, WA, National Guard helped wipe away a $190,000 COVID loan for Orbiter, Inc. This was monumental because the US Treasury seizure action came up 6 years after the fact and out of the blue. This loan was not perfected properly, and because of it AI after 6 years simply started seizing money paid by the DoD for work to Orbiter, Inc. This was done without notice and without due process. It was done when Elon Musk implemented AI at the US Treasury. Eating magic mushrooms and doing Public accounting do not work well together.
Or research shows this pertains to 520,000 other businesses that formerly had COVID loans. The AI assumption was that all businesses' COVID loan applications were fraudulent. This simplistic assumption was wrong, and in the case of PAHSE4.us/ the issue was corrected. Now the second step is to recover the funds wrongfully seized by the US Treasury and return them to the small business. We will report back on this as developments happen.
