Core corruption is a government system retaliating against whistleblowers who report procurement corruption. Whistleblowers are found to be placed in the DoD defense security database, thereby barring them from performing important work on bases for the DoD.
Two Federal Agents from the Inspector General's Office came to our office to vet us. Finding us, Gandhi, Peaceful, they encouraged us to continue our efforts. Inspectors General are important, and their authority has been eroded. Also, thanks to the Tribes who help. They know to question.

You may think you are small, but you are really very powerful. Stand up and say, "I don't like working for an organization that can't even balance its books." It is bad for morale. Elon Musk is typical of a type of 'start-up' business promoter. This type is unemployable and gains work by making up fanciful ideas, such as living on the moon and using Greed to win support. Similar to the; Tulip Mania of the 1640's. In his case, he eats magic mushrooms that contain strychnine, which causes psychosis. He went on a trip and never came back. According to Dr. Julio Difuria, past Director of Western State Mental Hospital, many people who are institutionalized went on magic mushroom trips and are now institutionalized.
We must treat him with peace and humanity. The same as we treat other ill people. It is not his fault. He is what he is, and those who follow him are the real fools and must blame themselves.

They must fully support Inspector Generals and stop undermining them. Two decades of the DoD not passing legally required audits is too much. Officers, please don't worry about what your secretaries will say or may report against you. For all you know, these same people could be embezzlers.
