Did you know hundreds of millions of dollars are unaccounted for at the DoD? No one knows where the money is or where it has gone. This fact is true. Google it.
Holding those that pay us accountable back foots them.

All it takes to fix this problem is to make passing an audit a priority. Government workers at "all" levels should question their boss and say that passing an audit is important. You may think you are small, but you are really very powerful. Stand up and say, "I don't like working for an organization that can't even balance its books." It is bad for morale. Pass the word to your co-workers.

"We will not lie, steal, or cheat, nor tolerate among us anyone who does."
.Generals and bosses communicate effectively with only 12 people. Thus, they fear what the people on the shop floor think. Morale is important to them. This makes you and your fellow workers powerful.
Accounting Standards & Frameworks: The U.S. government follow

Accounting Standards & Frameworks: The U.S. government follows the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), while corporations follow the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), GAAP,

At PHASE4.US, we believe in transparency and accountability. We have always maintained to this day. A Promise made; A Promise kept. If the original terms are kept by the US Treasury, we are good for the money. BUT, the real issue is having and passing Financial Audits.

JOIN US. THERE IS GOOD REASON TO BELIEVE THAT WE CAN IMPROVE OUR GOVERNMENT. IT SHOULD BE SIMPLE TO PASS AN AUDIT AND PAY WORKERS. PEACEFULLY AND GANDHI-LIKE.
LAWYERS: In the United States (for the most part), we are fortunate that our legal system is honest. Attorneys, thus, are important. With an honest legal system, people can trust that laws will be enforced. In the USA, we have an advantage because, unlike many other countries, judges can't be bribed. It means our Police will enforce laws fairly. AND, it means attorneys are important too because they can argue a case fairly.
Lawyers, as part of the judiciary, make the system happen. So do honest Judges and the Police. Without these people, the USA would be no different than many failed countries.
This is why our legal system is so important.
ACCOUNTANTS: There is a reason accounting practices and methods have been standardized since ancient times. This is because, per the 10-80-10 rule, many people who are not held accountable can be dishonest.
Accountants are important because they collect the evidence that holds embezzlers accountable, so that we can catch them.
JOIN US. By using Accountants as the point of the spear, we can bend the backs of the "CIV's" that embezzle. We can wrong-foot them by creating fear of prosecution. This is easy to do and needs to be done. In the last century, the US Treasury paid its bills. It can do it again. Don't only blame the politicians. The real hardcore crooks are within.
As we go to War it is best we clean our barracks. Cleaning our barracks means keeping the basics in order, like our government accounting. AND, paying our people as the Number 1 priority. Demanding audits is simple and "back-foots" the wrongdoers. This is because they have no logical counterargument. They get caught red-handed, and then we all win. It teaches a lesson: "Don't mess with your loyal workers."
People don't want to believe it. Here is another example of more people caught with their hands in the cookie jar. As of April 2026, Lori Chavez-DeRemer, the United States Secretary of Labor (sworn in March 2025), is under investigation for abusing her office, including allegations of misusing taxpayer funds for personal travel and of hosting a personal birthday party at the Department of Labor headquarters. Following these allegations, she resigned in April 2026. According to the 10-80-10 accounting rule, because Audits are not being passed, then the ".civ's" know they are not held accountable. It means 10% of US Treasury employees will embezzle when they can get away with it. Accounting is a sure "snooze" for the average manager. Without Audits, there is little accountability.
No wonder there are "Hundreds of Millions Missing".
