Per request of USA Today to name names one source of corruption is Lt Col Elwee, esq. Kansas National Guard.
Who is corrupt and why? The high level corruption is with the US Treasury by using AI, and not enforcing the passing of audits. Mid-level corruption is with the Kansas National Guard who's sole attorney Lt. McElwee, esq. bans collectors under penalty of arrest.
Low level corruption is the Salina Kansas National Guard that accepts product and then knowingly keeps it without payment. Then puts the product in a closet never to be used. Slanders the company supplying it by saying the bill was paid by check, but then knowingly never proving a cancelled check.
Two Federal Agents with badges came to our office to vet us. Finding us, Gandhi, Peaceful, they encouraged us to continue our collection efforts. All of us care about people getting paid for work. This is why, whether we are Military, Postal Workers, US Customs, or TSA, we support each other.

All it takes to fix this problem is to make passing an audit a priority. Government workers at "all" levels should question their boss and say that passing an audit is important. You may think you are small, but you are really very powerful. Stand up and say, "I don't like working for an organization that can't even balance its books." It is bad for morale. the push back: example of illegal activity
Do you think businesses are stupid to borrow from the SBA? This because most people know not to trust the United States of America? We think by pushing back we can make America trustworthy again.
Given we have been to Federal Court and won on other cases, the following is defensible. We are eager to face off in Federal Court because this is the tip of an iceberg that impacts thousands of others. Here is our story: Like a fish swimming upstream, it took a long time to find out the source of corruption in not getting paid. We found in our search many others that this also applies. First, it was researching who was responsible for not getting paid by the National Guard of $21,493.43. This led to the GSA, then DFAS, then the SBA, and finally the Artificial Intelligence (AI) used by the US Treasury. The US Treasury initially did not want to reveal the evidence. It turned out this was about a 6 year old SBA $ 190,400 pre-approved loan (No. 360106377) in two parts of $ 95,200 each. (Orbiter rejected the second part because the terms were changed after a contract was executed in writing and agreed. The money on the first part was wasted because it was worthless without the second part. Similar to building a house foundation and then not having the money to build the roof.) SBA attempted to extort by changing the second part by withholding money as long as the first part was changed "Personally Guaranteed". This was witnessed by James Rivea, SBA, Associate Administrator. 6 years later AI at the US Treasury, without notice, took $21,493.43 that was intended to pay for services and product at the Kansas National Guard. The method was illegal because it violated fair lending practice law and it breached several interferences with military contract laws. No financial gain was made by Orbiter and no individual took any money. Treasury used the statement, " This is private information, AND WE CANNOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION, to protect you." We said if you think we owe you money then take us to Federal Court. But US Treasury won't because they know they will lose in Court. They know Federal Judges are smart and it is high risk for them to go to court. We found many others in the same US Treasury AI boat. Thus, we need to organize and make a big push back because this is not isolated. The issue pertains to thousands. It also is Americas credit worthiness that is at stake. Currently Moody and Standard & Poor credit rating has been lowered for the USA. Interference with military contacts also potentially jeopardizes the safety of active duty personnel like pilots and aircrew. They know what is said here is true as no one on the SBA and US Treasury side has disputed the above facts. In a typical year the SBA makes 20,000 loans worth $ 1 Billion. Full disclosure about the risks of doing business with the SBA should be known. Until we get paid, in our case it forced the move to Canadian manufacture and sales to NATO Countries. It also impacts over 80 other military contracts and our ability to service them. Do you think we were stupid in trusting the USA? We employ 6 people. Some are wounded warriors; some are veterans and two have Bronze Stars. Did they go to war and some take lead for working for the USA as contractors and not getting paid?

At PHASE4.US, we believe in transparency and accountability. We have always maintained to this day. A Promise made; A Promise kept. If the original terms are kept by the US Treasury, we are good for the money. BUT, the real issue is having and passing Financial Audits.
The second fix is A FEDERAL JUDGE NEEDS TO ADJUDICATE THIS. DOJ you are white knights. Please come to the rescue. America doesn't trust the federal government. many federal laws address accounting, and audits are straight forward. does someone at the us treasury not want legally required audits to be passed?
